Participants must pre-register for each tournament. You cannot register for the entire season with one form.
Registration must be completed by 12 P.M. the Friday before the tournament date.
You may register by sending an email to the tournament director with the following information:
Date of tournament
Location of tournament
Child's Full Name
Registration Number
If this is your first tournament you will need to give the following information. You will
be assigned a number at that point.
Age & Date of Birth
Parent/Guardian Full Name
Address
Telephone Number
Email Address
Please specify in your email which tournament you are registering for.
